Rental terms

The plain-English rules for every dumpster we drop. Booking a rental means you've read and agreed to these.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Rental period & extensions

Each rental includes up to five (5) calendar days on site, counted from the day of delivery. Additional days are billed at the daily rate quoted at booking. Call before the fifth day to extend; unarranged extensions are billed at the same daily rate.

2. Weight & disposal

One (1) ton (2,000 lb) of disposal is included. Weight above that is billed at the landfill's per-ton rate as quoted, prorated by weight ticket. Heavy materials (concrete, brick, dirt, rock, shingles, tile) must be disclosed at booking and loaded only to the fill line we mark; overloaded containers that cannot be legally transported will be partially unloaded at the customer's expense before hauling.

3. Loading

Load level with the top rail only. Material above the rail, hanging over the sides, or preventing the tarp from securing must be removed by the customer before pickup, or a return-trip fee applies.

4. Prohibited materials

No tires, paint, solvents, fuels, oils, antifreeze, batteries, propane or pressurized cylinders, asbestos, medical waste, hazardous chemicals, or appliances containing refrigerant. See the full list. Prohibited items found in a load are removed and disposed of at the customer's expense, plus any fines or fees charged by the disposal facility.

5. Placement & site access

The customer is responsible for choosing a placement spot on their own property (or obtaining any required municipal right-of-way permit), ensuring clear access of approximately 60 feet of approach and 14 feet of overhead clearance, and keeping the container accessible for pickup. We place containers on protective boards; however, the customer accepts that container delivery and pickup on driveways, lawns and other surfaces carries an inherent risk of marks or damage, and TX2 Services is not liable for damage to surfaces, underground utilities, septic systems, sprinkler lines or landscaping in the placement and approach area, except where caused by our negligence.

6. Customer responsibility for the container

While on site the container is in the customer's care. The customer is responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear, for keeping the container's doors latched when not in use, and for ensuring no one moves the container. Please do not allow children to play on or around the container.

7. Payment

Rental fees are due at delivery unless invoicing has been arranged. Overage charges (extra days, excess weight, prohibited items, return trips) are billed after pickup. We accept card, cash and check.

8. Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule at no charge any time before the container is loaded for delivery. A trip fee applies if we arrive and cannot deliver due to access, an occupied spot, or no-show.

9. Junk removal & property services

Junk removal is priced by volume and confirmed on site before work begins. Property maintenance is quoted per job or per recurring visit. We reserve the right to decline items or work that is unsafe or unlawful to handle.
