What we collect
When you call, text, or use the quote form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email (if you include it), the address or town where the work is, and details about the job. Our website also receives the standard technical information any web server sees (IP address, browser type, pages visited) which Cloudflare uses to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
To quote, schedule, deliver, invoice and follow up on your service. We may text or call you about your active job. We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we don't send newsletters.
Who touches it
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Quote-form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots and delivered to us by email. Those providers process data only to perform those functions.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a functional cookie strictly for security (bot detection). We don't use third-party ad pixels.
Retention & your choices
We keep job records as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. Want your contact info removed from our phone and records? Call or text (636) 584-9662 and we'll take care of it.
