Junk removal · Cleanouts · Demo
You point. We load. It's gone.
Full-service hauling for homes, rentals and job sites across Franklin County. Furniture, appliances, the shed that's falling down, the barn nobody's opened since 2009 — our crew does the lifting and the landfill run.
Dumpster or crew? Here's the honest answer.
Because we do both, we'll tell you which one actually saves you money — not just which one we'd rather sell.
Rent the dumpster if…
- You've got a few days and some help
- It's a remodel that produces debris over time
- You want the cheapest per-yard price
Call the crew if…
- It needs to be done in one visit
- There's heavy stuff, stairs, or a basement involved
- You'd rather not touch it (estates, hoarding, evictions)
What we haul
If it fits through a door — or doesn't — we'll get it out.
House & estate cleanouts
Whole-home clear-outs, handled with some care
Downsizing, an estate, a rental that got left in rough shape. We sort what you want to keep, donate what's usable where we can, and haul the rest. You get an empty, broom-swept house.
- Estate cleanouts
- Tenant turnovers
- Foreclosures
- Pre-listing purges
- Storage units
Hoarding situations
Discreet. No judgment.
Unmarked when you ask, crew that's done this before, and a plan that keeps what matters.
Bulk items
The big stuff
Hot tubs, pianos, safes, sectionals, appliances, mattresses, exercise equipment.
Light demolition
Decks, sheds, fences, interior tear-outs
We take it down, load it, and haul it in the same trip. Kitchens, bathrooms, drop ceilings, carpet and tile, above-ground pools, carports and outbuildings.
Outdoor & rural
Barns, lots & brush piles
Scrap, old equipment, fencing, storm debris — anywhere our trailer can get to.
How a junk job goes
Three steps. Usually one afternoon.
Text us photos
Snap a few pictures of what's going and text them to (636) 584-9662. We'll send back a price based on how much truck space it takes — not by the hour, so there's no incentive to go slow.
We show up and load
Our crew arrives in the window we agreed on, confirms the price before touching anything, and loads it all. Inside, upstairs, out of the crawlspace — wherever it is.
We sweep and go
Usable items get donated where possible, scrap gets recycled, and the rest goes to the landfill. You get a clean space and a receipt.
Junk removal questions
How do you price junk removal?
By volume — how much of the truck or dumpster your stuff fills — plus any landfill surcharges for items like mattresses, TVs or refrigerant appliances. Photos get you a firm number up front; we confirm it on site before we start.
Do I need to be there?
For outdoor jobs, no — just tell us what's going. For inside cleanouts we like someone there at the start to walk us through what stays.
Can you handle a whole house?
Yes. Most whole-home cleanouts in Franklin County take us one to two days. For big estates we'll often drop a 14-yard dumpster and load it with a crew — the cheapest way to move a lot of volume.
What don't you take?
Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, oil, asbestos, medical waste — and anything a landfill won't accept. Full list. If you're not sure, ask; we know where most of it can go.
